Almost every time I get on the subway, I run into this guy on the train doors, grinning broadly and apparently promoting Hokkaido rice.
I see him all the time, but I have absolutely no idea who he is - let alone what the Hokkaido dialect phrase "食べらさる (a verb with the suffix - saru) actually means.
