End Pieces

I feel truly privileged to be a Sapporite whenever I spot the end pieces of castella at my local Rokkatei.

I don't know yet when or at which branches they are available, but I’ll probably figure out the pattern in due course.

I like wrapping them individually and keeping them in the freezer just in case. It's great to find a small piece of castella when I'm a bit peckish and don't feel like going out to get something to munch on.
